This instant download pdf embroidery design is great for advanced beginners and intermediate stitchers. It features an inspirational quote by Celia Thaxter spiraling under summery trees, sunflowers, a campsite, a vegetable stand and a sailboat floating on a lake.
While this pattern is designed for intermediate stitchers, advanced beginners looking for a challenge and experienced stitchers would enjoy it as well. Some of the basic stitches used are satin stitch, stem stitch, french knots, lazy daisy and backstitch. There are a few more advanced stitches such as interlaced running stitch, bullion knots and satin stitch over stem stitch - perfect for adding a few more stitches to your bag of tricks. Aren't these the cutest patterns ever. So many of embroidery patterns or kits consist of pillowcases or pictures in round embroidery hoops when viewing. Of course these can be put in embroidery hoops as well but I can also picture them in frames. What a darling pattern and such rich colors. They are just different and I love them. View all three and one coming out soon for Fall. Best part of site is Susan Leschek, the owner. I am new to Etsy and downloading on a computer. She went beyond the call to help me and I was educated on both Etsy and my computer as Susan helped me traverse both. What a peach of a person she is.
