This listing is for a solid sterling silver charm. I will stamp the charm with the letter of your choosing.

The charms are quite small and petite, being 1/4" (6mm) in diameter. I give them a patina to help enhance the impression of the letter. The jumpring at the top of the charm has been soldered closed for security.

Let me know the letter you would like on your letter disc charm by writing it in the 'notes to seller' box at checkout. I can stamp in either upper or lower case font. These charms are made to order.

I always try to make and ship orders as soon as possible, however please understand that custom orders do take time to create.

I package each order in a small box tied with ribbon. I can include a message from you to a gift recipient if you are shipping directly to someone. Please mention the message you would like included in the 'notes to seller' comment box during checkout.

In an effort to cut down on paper waste I do not include receipts in packages. If you need to view a copy of your invoice please look for it under the 'purchases' section of your etsy account, or on the email confirmation sent at time of purchase.

I rely on the information outlined in my shop policies and on the etsy receipt to relay everything you need to know about your purchase.
I generally do not send any messages prior to making an order unless I have a question or need clarification.
I DO send tracking information and a shipping notification when each order is mailed.

If you order the wrong size, a local jeweler should be able to size ring(s) for you, or I can resize them ($20 fee, plus shipping to and from me) Due to the text on the rings, it is not always possible to resize rings without losing some of the inscription.

Please make sure that you have the correct spelling, message placement, and correct size before submitting your order. I cannot accept returns on custom orders, and I am unable to change something once it has been stamped.
After I have received your order, changes might not be possible. For this reason, a fee to cover time and materials (usually $10-$20) will apply if the change requires me to start over on your piece. Changes to your order are not possible after it is shipped.

If you need your order faster than the listed time frame, I do offer rush services for a fee. Please contact me BEFORE ordering to see if your deadline is possible. I will need to know:
