Handmade Oboe Reed Blanks include:

*Tied reed blanks with trimmed ears
*High quality products used: Loree cane and Loree staples
*Tie length 73-74mm

When learning reed-making (or for oboists looking to save time), having high quality blanks on hand, ready to scrape is a huge help. Each reed is carefully and precisely measured for tie length, straightness, and with proper slip adjustment to give the reeds a tight seal. If you are feeling frustrated in your reed-making, simplify your steps by working with Partial Reed Blanks (already clipped open and tip outlined) and then with these blanks when you're ready to add a step. Best of luck to you in your reed-making:)
