• Guest List Planner:
The ideal tool for creating and whittling down your long list! Includes the ability to apply three sorting tools to each individual: categorisation (i.e. “guest of” bride, groom or their parents), grouping (immediate family, friends, extended family etc.) and prioritisation (A, B and C List). These tools are pre-established but can easily be adapted to suit your own guest list strategy!

• Guest List and Tracker
Once the guest list is planned, the final names should be moved to the all-powerful master guest list and tracker sheet. From here, you can keep all the data you need for each person in a really accessible format. Add contact details, RSVP information, requirements, reception notes (meals chosen, assigned table), block booking accommodation information, gifts received and more!

• Cover Sheet:
Once your data is inputted, this sheet serves as an overview dashboard. It displays the following at a glance: guest attendance figures, reception table planning figures, block accommodation figures (if applicable) and gifts received vs. thank you sent data.
