I create those drawings from a need to recenter. Drawing has this power to put the soul at ease and I love to share some of the outcomes with you.
As the idealistic artist I am, I feel an urge to share the silence that we all need to put ourselves at rest in this extremely loud world we live in. Writing can help with that and so the drawing+notebook receipe was born. It's also an ode to all the writers out there: you are so valuable and life-changing! I remember reading Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist and Henry and June (Anaïs Nin) for the first time and it totally changed my perspective on how we live our lives. Reading both books and a bunch of blogs allows me to connect with people in other worlds and other times to explore so many experiences together.

The notebook has 120 lined pages. 80g/cm paper, dimensions 21 x 15 cm. The cover is made of resistant cardboard.

I love it! Great design & well-made. You can tell a lot of love went into this -- cool wrapping paper, little flowers taped to the front, recycled packaging and a very cute handwritten note! Heel erg bedankt, JorRainbow!!
