Description

I made these beaded stud earrings with stunning 12mm Swarovski Crystal Rivolis in pale Aqua, beading a bezel around them with miyuki seed beads and matching 3mm aquamarine bicone crystal beads.

The earring base, posts and butterflies (clutch backs) are sterling silver, and the beaded studs themselves measure approximately 14mm ( ½ inch) in diameter.

These are really pretty and eye-catching earrings - Swarovski rivoli crystals are famous for their wonderful sparkle and the way their catch the light!

Returns and exchange details

I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I will do all I can to ensure that this is a happy transaction for you.

Damaged/broken items: In the event of an item arriving broken or damaged, I will of course refund your payment in full . Please email me to let me know - sending a photo/ jpg of the damage is recommended - it's much easier than trying to describe it!

Customer Satisfaction: If you are not completely happy with your item when it arrives, please email me right away to let me know, and I will refund your payment at once if the item is returned in new and unused condition.

Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving it (and within 14 days, please), and return the item, preferably in its ogirinal packaging, (Please be sure to get a receipt or record of posting).

Refunds are issued once the item is received. The buyer bears the cost of return postage, except where the fault is mine (for example, if the item is faulty or damaged).

Whatever problems or questions you have, please do not hesitate to contact me - I am always very happy to work with my customers to sort out any issues, etc., and ensure your transaction is as smooth and happy as possible.

NB: For reasons of hygeine and safety issues, I cannot accept returns of earrings (except of course if they reach you damaged, broken or faulty!).

Shipping policies

I usually ship orders within 1 to 2 of receiving completed payment (except at holidays, etc), and I will always contact you when I’ve dispatched your item.

In the UK, I send all items via Royal Mail, First Class. If you would prefer a signed-for delivery, there is a small extra charge of £2.50 for this.

For Europe and International sales, I ship using Air Mail:

EU countries - items usually take 3 - 5 days, while non-EU European countries can take a little longer.

International (the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc):, shipping can take from 7 - 12 business days.

Customs Charges: Please remember that the buyer is responsible for any additional duties or customs charges payable in their own destination country.

Shipping Upgrade to Priority is available at checkout for International orders. Priority shipping is sent via International Tracked & Signed For which is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.

It aims to deliver within 5 - 7 working days.
