Returns and exchange details

Products are sold in good condition except when indicated otherwise. You are encouraged to ask questions prior to payment to manage your expectations. It is assumed that purchasing from this shop would mean that you have read, understood, and accepted the shop's policies. If you have any concerns, it would be best to contact me prior to filing a claim from Etsy or PayPal. I am open to hear your concerns and agree on a fair solution.

The following cases are definitely not eligible for refund, free replacement, and/or free re-delivery:
1. You provided wrong or incomplete address; moved to another address
2. You failed to claim or schedule re-delivery of package despite post office notice, whether or not item was clearly labeled as "Returned to Sender". If no notice was left by your mailman, your local post office is liable for the undelivered package.
3. You failed to report any damage on the product within 3 days from delivery

Nevertheless, feel free to re-order if item is still available.

As for long delayed/untraceable OR confirmed lost packages, if it were PHLPOST's neglect, I am willing to re-deliver the package or give a refund. But if it is your country's postal/customs office's neglect, it is not eligible for re-delivery nor refund since I nor PHLPOST have no control over it. This is also considering that you, as a Buyer, took the risk to import a product into your country given that it is your responsibility to know the efficiency of your country's postal & tax importation systems.

Shipping policies

Upon payment confirmation, your order will be processed within 1-5 business days. It will be shipped as a Registered Mail with Tracking Number via PHLPOST. As I'm shipping from Manila, Philippines (Southeast Asia), it takes some time for your order to be delivered. The estimated shipping period is:

Philippines = 1-10 business days (via local courier)
Asia = 1-3 weeks
Europe = 2-3 weeks
US West Coast = 2-4 weeks
AUS, NZ, CA, US East Coast 3-4 weeks

As these are estimates, the delivery date is not definite and would depend on how efficient your country's post office is. In the event of delays, please understand that I have no control of mail operations, traffic and weather conditions. As such, please be reminded that in compliance of Etsy's Buyer and Review Policies/House Rules, reviews/feedback may not be about things outside the seller’s control, such as a shipping carrier, Etsy or a third party.
