Yes! We often have requests for lights with a left and right hand bend to go either side of a bed or fireplace. Just add a note to your order saying you would like the two lights to be symmetrical and we will do this for you.

Currently, 50cm/20" diameter is the only size we can make the mirror to. This is due to how long our steam box is and the length of the local timber. Do drop us a message to show your interest for a different size mirror. If we get enough requests we will look into making one!

If you order a plug in light and the shipping address is USA, we will automatically have a US plug fitted for you.
Hardwired to mains lights and plug in versions will work fine with the different voltage.

Our hooks will take a huge weight. For heavier items like a full bag, please ensure you hook the strap right over, so that it is against the wall to prevent unnecessary pressure on the end of the hook. All hooks are delivered with wall plugs and screws to firmly secure into the wall.

We can, but not overnight! We are currently working on a smaller, key hook which should be available soon. The development process is time consuming and we are not able to offer custom orders for different size hooks.

Yes, both the filament and LED bulbs will work with a dimmer switch.
If you require your plug in lights to be dimmed, we can replace the on/off switch with a dimmer switch. Please contact us before placing an order.

We use Rubio Monocoat oils on all of our products they are 100% plant based and contain 0% VOCs so are very unlikely to provoke an allergic reaction. This makes the finish tough and suitable for bathroom use.
