Returns are only accepted on items for sizing purposes, in which case you will receive a full refund less the shipping costs, if there is an exchange made than you will only have to pay for the return of the shipment, the replacement items will be shipped out at our expense. Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days after package is received, 10 business days after shipment. (for domestic packages)

Please note that all items are hand made, so please be delicate! While no harmful/toxic products are used in our items, we ask you to not ingest any pieces!

We have a 7 day warranty, in which you may return your hand stoned items if an excessive number of stones have fallen off. While we can almost guarantee that this won't happen, you never know.
We have the right to refuse any customer/item if there has been apparent wear and tear or physical damage to the item.

For all custom orders we will collect 50% upfront and of order is cancelled after deposit is already made we retain the right to keep certain % to cover our cost of goods and labor already completed.
