Please Specify the Following:
1. Is this for a graduate, baptism, pioneer, or new appointment?
2. If so please send the date.
3. Skin and Hair color. Other Unique Features; Curly or straight hair. For females Long, Shoulder length or Short hair.
4. Glasses (if so send a picture).
5. Send their first name and I will put it on the inside of the card under congratulations and for males on the ministry bag.
6. Age (tell me if they are a younger child, teen, or older)
