Returns & exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please contact me within 3 days of reciept. I will do my best to address the issue with you to a happy conclusion.

Except made-to-order, custom and wholesale items, I will gladly exchange your item or give you a full refund for the purchase price. Since personalised items for the purchaser cannot be resold after they are made, I cannot accept them for refund. I am a small Etsy seller. All items are handmade by myself or one of 2 others and it cost us many hours of hard efforts and materials to create your order (not to mention, the communication time which is not included in the price of an item). It is not possible nor fair to ask me to pay for your order.

Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping charges.

After I have received the item/items in the same condition as when they left my possession, I will gladly send your refund / balance back to you.

If you send your items back to me, please, put them in the original packaging via a trackable courier. I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. So PLEASE, make sure to get insurance for item's safe arrival if you don't want to take a chance. Again, I do not take responsibility on lost orders.

Please ensure to contact me within the 3 days if you have defective items caused by its failing craftsmanship. I will do whatever I can do to fix the problem for you.

Please note that the BUYER is responsible for cost of return shipping unless it was faulty made items.

Jewellery shall not be returned or refunded unless due to faulty workmanship.

They guarantee delivery to UK/US within 2 weeks but I would take that with a layering of salt and put it at at least 4 weeks.
