Production time in our shop varies, though we usually need 2-3 weeks to complete one order. If you place your order during Fall or Winter, it will take us around 1-2 weeks to ship it. We always try our best to finish and ship items as early as possible. If you need your order to be delivered on time for a special date, contact us straight away. We will let you know if we are able to make and ship the order on the same day or the day you need it for.

Our shop accepts returns and exchanges, but we want to minimize our impact on the planet and reduce waste, so we kindly ask you to pay close attention to the size chart before purchasing. Our size chart is available in the product description and pictures of the item.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, unless the item arrives damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns/exchanges for personalized orders.

Always notify us before sending the return. Include your order number and items you want to return/exchange.
Please, always ship the parcel via post, not a courier. Postal service insures you for the value of the goods as they are your responsibility until they reach us. Always save a tracking number so we would be able to track the parcel. We cannot accept the parcel that was sent using a method other than post.
IMPORTANT: We make a refund only after receiving the parcel and checking if it meets our return requirements - unwashed, unworn, and with a tag.
IMPORTANT II: We require the tracking number to be sent after posting. We will have to track the parcel to be able to declare it to Lithuanian customs.

Please note that any package to non-EU countries with a weight of 2 kg (or more) will be automatically upgraded to FedEx express shipping with no extra cost. You will still be able to track your parcel.

If the parcel gets lost in the delivery, arrives damaged, or is defective, we always remake the order and ship it to you. We do not issue a refund for lost or unclaimed parcels, we re-ship the item to the provided address.

Our shop no longer offers personalization according to personal measurements because this practice requires in-person fittings. Personalization we do offer involves:
1) changing the length of the garment (shorter, longer length);
2) changing the length of the sleeves (except kimono or cap sleeves);

This skirt is amazing! Love it! High quality materials and craft(wo)manship! The wrap skirt has a small tie inside on the right hip and a large one on the outside over the left hip. It’s very cute and I love that I could request a custom length so it is a true floor length maxi skirt on me! I ordered a size US 10 and it fits just perfectly around my 30-31” waist! Note that because of how the ties work, 30” is as small as the size 10 will go, so order accordingly!

The linen, workmanship and color are lovely in this skirt. It wraps across the front, buttons inside and ties. It will be fabulous for the beach & pool this summer. Custom length is perfect! It does not overlap very much (~8 inches) so very little breeze exposes lots of leg. I wear it often, but not in the wind and I don't have small children to keep up with anymore!
