All items are shipped by the US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation in the United States.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address has been provided. Please be aware that if you failed to provide the correct shipping address you will have to pay for the item to be reshipped to you once it has already been sent out.

US CUSTOMERS:

Most packages will arrive in the USA within 7 days once shipped. However, delays may occur and in some cases, your package can take up to 10 days to arrive.

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to the wrong address you provided then you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it is being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. Buyer assumes liability for lost or stolen items.

To Europe and Canada, it USUALLY takes 7-21 days. Feel free to contact me for a better estimate regarding your order.
