"And the mind gets dirty as you get closer to forty" hand painted by Rebecca Sarah

This acrylic and emulsion painting is the second of a series of three. It celebrates the life and career of Damon Albarn the musician behind Blur, Gorillaz, Africa Express and The good, the bad and the Queen. It looks at his persona in the 2000's as he approached his 40th birthday. The title is taken from a lyric from the song "end of a century" featured on the blur album Parklife.

The painting is on a standard A4 sized canvas board 297x210mm
The bespoke glazed frame has been hand made by Martin Dodd to fit the painting. The outside frame measures aproximatly 35x45cm
