circa 1440 Burgundy

Lady Felice is the epitome of the medieval ideal of feminine beauty with her blue eyes and fair skin and hair. She has painstakingly plucked her eyebrows and hair according to the fashion of the day (a high forehead is considered very becoming for noble women these days).

She daintily lifts the skirt of her gown (houppelande) as she makes her way about her household ensuring that all is in order. Note the extra long sleeves and length of her gown which are a symbol of her high rank. She also wears long-toed slippers which are another symbol of her noble status.

Costume consists of: Chemise, Stockings with Garters, Gold Satin Undergown with Brooch, Blue and Ivory Houppelande with Beaded & Sequined Belt, Decorative Gold Escoffion (headdress) with Padded Roll and Veil, and Gold Satin Shoes with Gold Mesh.

Felice stands 22" tall and comes with a metal display stand.
