~ Shipping: USPS Priority Mail. Shipping could take 9-12 postal business days.

~ Please note that after the piece leaves our studio we don't have responsibility upon the package. We can include pictures of the packaging.

~ Store: DO NOT keep the toppers in the refrigerator / freezer. Cold Porcelain toppers should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight/light until use. The pieces can be wiped with a damp wash cloth (DO NOT wipe the eyes because it's paint). Instruction will be included in the package.

~ Customized colors: Yes, if you would like to have different colors, please specify in the message box at checkout.

~ Toppers ARE NOT: Edible OR Toys. Please don't live your children unattended using these acessories as they are fragile and have small pieces.

Shipping policies

We need at least 1-2 months working on your piece after receiving payment. If you have time to your event we would like to spend more time on your piece for more detail. If you want to rush you order please contact us. Your order will be sent via Priority Mail so your package should arrive in 5 working days (for United States delivery)
US - about 5 days
EU - about 10 to 18 days
Aus - about 15 to 18 days
However in some rare cases, you may experience delay due to your customs.
We will declare you package as "Gift" (not commercial items) for your convenience.

MESSAGES: Please note that I do not answer questions on Sundays. That time is reserved for my family. Also please note that sometimes it does take me 1-2 business days to answer questions during the week due to the high volume of e-mails I get. I am super busy during the day working on orders and if I answered questions immediately all day long, unfortunately, no orders would get filled. So please be patient and know I have not forgotten to answer, but am busy editing and creating orders, etc. I always do my best to answer as soon as possible. THANK YOU.

VACATION MODE: I may put my Shoppe on vacation mode for a couple/few days during a time when the volume of orders is higher than normal, like during the summer as there are so many summer birthdays and at the end of the year during the holidays. Putting my store on vacation mode gives me the time needed to slow down the activity in the store and apply it towards filling existing orders at a more manageable pace to ensure you receive your order timely. At this time, you may receive an automatic e-mail from me, but I am still actively working on orders at my computer and will see and respond to your message as soon as possible.
