    Item is fine, however it' was only a month and a half late. And response to customer service inquiries were only responded to once I demanded a refund and after well over a week of asking about the status of things...however I'm sure this post will be a response much quicker than anything else from them.

    So in preparation for that....thanks for the extra koozie for the excessive delay in getting me my items. Definitely made up for it.

    Dan, we appreciate your business with us & thank you for your review. Out of your 3 items, only 1 of them was delayed. Your mason jar was on back-order; as we informed you of after the sale. So yes, we did send several free koozies (not just 1) for the delay. You also sent a very....angry message, this weekend asking where your back-order item was, when it in fact, had already been delivered to you... Then after we responded telling you this (a second time, not just once), you then proceed to check your mailbox and find it was already delivered; to then give a 2 star review for all 3 items. Glad we could both tell our sides of this transaction, Sir and again, we thank you for your business. Have a wonderful day. :)
