Making bacon has never been faster, simpler or tastier than with a Ceramic Bacon Cooker. Just hang the bacon over the sides of the cooker and pop it in the microwave or oven. There's no stove-top mess, no frying-pan splatters and no cooking in unhealthy grease.
Microwave for one minute per slice but no longer than three minutes for three or more slices and cover with a paper towel.
When cooking in the oven, place on a cookie sheet in cold oven and heat to 400 degrees for about 25 minutes. The grease will collect in the bottom attached saucer and inside the cooker. The molded spout and large-grip handle make it easy to dispose of or save the grease for cooking when you're done
To make crispy bacon, simply press and stick the bacon to the wall of the cooker.
