When I make custom designs, or add personalization, I will send a proof via Etsy message for customer approval before shipping. If I do not hear back in 24 hours, I will copy the message to the customer's email address provided by Etsy. If I do not hear back 24 hours after sending the email, the order will be CANCELED and REFUNDED.

Can I return a custom order?

It depends. If the order is something I can re-sell (i.e. generic dog illustration or similar), then yes I will accept a return if the condition is unaltered. I cannot accept a return for a custom order that contains anything personalized or is specific to you. (i.e. custom portraits.) I will always send a proof of the finished piece via Etsy message, for buyer approval before shipping.

Do you offer instant downloads of your art prints and/or photos?

No, I'm sorry but I am not offering instant downloads at this time. If you purchase clip art, you will be emailed the files directly.

REGARDING CLIPART: What is considered ACCEPTABLE for NON-PROFIT personal use?

As long as no profit is made, you are welcome to use La Renaissance Girl content on any personal or non-profit project without providing design credit. * Digital Product Designers (you must add enough of your own work to make it an original design and all files must be flattened so original LaRenaissanceGirl designs cannot be extracted) * Printed Product Designers (this includes stickers, planners, invitations, t-shirts, mugs, etc. (for gift or personal use only. No profit can be made) * Logo and Web Designers (You may use purchased clipart for your own personal business logo/web/marketing product) * Business cards, invitation, flyers, cover art, educational use (teacher use, school theatre and music productions use)

REGARDING CLIPART: What is considered NOT ACCEPTABLE usage?

* Third party sale or wholesale * You cannot sell La Renaissance Girl clipart as is and claim it as your own * Graphic designs may not be used in a pornographic, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful manner * You cannot trade La Renaissance Girl Content * You cannot share La Renaissance Girl Content for free, this includes personal use. * You cannot use modified La Renaissance Girl Content on items for sale in direct competition with La Renaissance Girl. This includes scrapbook kits, clipart bundles, digital downloads, etc.

Can I re-sell your print or instant download at my own shop?

No. All La Renaissance Girl products are copyright protected © La Renaissance Girl. All purchases from Etsy shop are not for resale value, and do not transfer any copyrights to the purchaser.

Can I feature your art on my blog or website? Can I license your artwork to sell on products at my own website and share the profits?

Please contact me at Etsy messages with more details, but yes I am open to blog features. No, I'm sorry but I am not licensing my artwork to other vendors at this time.

I see your photos on Getty Images, Shutterstock, etc. Did you purchase stock to sell here at Etsy? Are these people stealing your photos and selling them on stock sites?

You may have come across some of my more popular images like the "ballerina resting," "baseball glove," and "birds at the birdbath" somewhere on the interwebs. The answer to this mystery is that I am the seller at those stock sites! Allegresse Photoghraphy is my photo business name. But I am in the process of changing all sites that feature "Allegresse" to "La Renaissance Girl" for better consistency. If you do see my photos being sold by any name other than those two business names, please let me know. Thank You.

So...if you are selling your photos for commerical use at Getty, Shutterstock, etc...can I license one?
