When your order arrives depends on where you live, and if there are any delays with the postal system. Orders are declared lost after 30 business days in Canada, and 60 business days for the US and international countries. You will receive a refund if a package is lost. If you did not opt for a tracking number at the checkout, unfortunately, I will not be able to provide you with any information concerning your order's whereabouts. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have provided the correct mailing address at checkout. I will mail your order to the address provided, so please double-check your mailing address. If the order has already sent out, I will have to wait for the package to make its way back to me before re-sending it.
