We accept custom and personalised orders! If you would like something created please don't hesitate to contact us to see if it's possible! We love to hear your ideas!

When purchasing please write the personalised details you require in "Notes" Thank you! All personalised orders you will need to state the EXACT wording you want to the item. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, missing words. We will do our best to contact you if we believe something appears incorrect with your order.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you want to change your order as we do try to order stock as soon as possible and we do start working on your orders quite quickly after an order is placed!

Example: If you have accidentally ordered a black top and want a white one please just contact us straight away!

Unfortunately, if your item has already been completed/already sent then we are unable to change this.

You can return your order as long as it hasn't been personalised for you.
Also, if you are located outside of the United Kingdom you will have to specify "RETURN" when returning your order. Otherwise, we will have to pay a customs charge. If this does happen then we won't accept the order back and it will be returned back to you.

You can definitely request for a design to be changed. For example if you don't want your wedding date to be added to the hood or would like "future" removed from our future mrs range then these can be removed at your request.

If you would like to add to the design, for example, add your name to the back of a tshirt then please be advised that this is possible but it will incur extra costs so please contact us first prior to placing your order and we can create a custom listing especially for you!

We recommend that all our tshirts, pyjammas, vest tops, hoodies and baby grows are washed at 30 degrees.

We recommend that the floral robes are hand washed.

Please DO NOT tumble dry any of these items.

Please do not iron onto the design, please turn clothing inside out to iron.

We send all items via Royal Mail 1st class, usually within 3-5 working days but this depends on the item ordered. Please check your invoice for details. Royal Mail advise that this will take 1-3 working days to be delivered to the UK. For elsewhere 5-7 working days, however, please be advised this is the time it takes to arrive in your country it then has to go through customs.

Please be advised that at busier periods (ie: Easter bank holidays, Christmas) that delivery may take longer.

We recommend that you upgrade to recorded delivery in order to be able to track your item.

Once your order has left us it is up to you to use the tracking information to track your order. Please check this prior to contacting us about "missing mail"

Please contact us to see if we are able to post your item in time! We do provide a "Rush Order" option which allows us to order your stock straight away. Please also be advised to check to see our Holiday dates.

Firstly, we send all products via 1st class Royal Mail. Most items we do send recorded now so please contact us if any concerns.

All international mail is sent international tracked and signed for. (signed for if applicable per certain countries)

Please check your Tracking number which we provide once your item is marked as dispatched to check the status of your parcel. We are not responsible for any items that are returned back to us if they have not been collected by you. It is your responsibility to then pay the return postage if you want the item to be returned back to you. We will not refund any items that are personalised for you.
