Please contact your local post office. Once a package has been delivered, it is the purchaser’s responsibility. At your request, I am happy to mail it with the requirement that you to sign for your package (in which case post-delivery theft would not be an issue). I do not do this automatically. Many customers aren’t home during the day and requiring a signature would inconvenience them.

I ask customers to pay a shipping charge each time I mail an item, including exchanges. If you received a shipping discount the first time, that discount will not carry over to your second order unless the mistake is mine.

Yes, I will. This rarely happens, but rest assured I will do everything I can to promptly remedy the situation. I will also reimburse you $3.25 for the cost of shipping it to me via USPS priority mail. If you prefer a refund, I will issue you one upon receipt of the item.

Because these are all handcrafted pieces of jewelry, sometimes it is impossible to be absolutely precise. I guarantee jewelry will vary less than 1/4 of an inch. For example, if a bracelet is 1/10 of an inch too long, resizing and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you return the jewelry in the same condition as when you received it, you can expect a full refund for the cost of the item. The shipping fee will not be refunded since I already paid to ship it to you. You are responsible for return mailing fees.

It is very important that when you mail it to me, you use the correct address (contact me for this), hold on to the tracking information, AND require that I sign for the package.

I adhere to the price that etsy charges you. I frequently offer sales, but the discount is only valid while a piece of jewelry is on sale.

I guarantee jewelry for 3 months. If your jewelry breaks, simply return the piece to me. I will repair and return it for free. Because most of my jewelry is one-of-a-kind, please save and return original materials to me.

If damage is due to improper sizing or care, customers assume repair and shipping costs. (If beaded jewelry is repeatedly soaked, beading wire may fray and break; if a necklace catches on something and is tugged really hard, it may snap. Improper sizing places undue strain on jewelry; this includes anklets that are too large.) Stretch bracelets are not covered by this policy.
