I have a screenshot of the conversation with shop owner asking for shorter length, which shouldn't be a problem for someone actually making custom clothes. Especially if it means less material. She offered to adjust to 36" and stopped responding when I asked for 34". She sent a 39" length anyway. I'm 5'1", which I told her. This thing comes up to my neck. It's totally unusable and I also have my doubts about the origins of the item. For the price they are charging for a jersey knit skirt you expect hand made and not from a factory. Edit: this is for a Maxi skirt I bought with this item but I'm not going to submit two one-star reviews. For Now.
