* Limited edition 10”+ resin historical doll with COA

* Native American ball jointed doll (BJD) based after the likeness of the famous Mohegan/Brothertown Indian minister, Samson Occom (1723-1792).

* Wardrobe is typical of a minister from that period and includes a detachable minister’s collar, white shirt, black vest, black frock coat, black breeches, black socks and black shoes with large buckle on top.

This doll was privately commissioned by me, an enrolled Native American of the Brothertown Indian Nation. He was sculpted, hand numbered, signed, and given a face-up by the talented and multi-award winning doll artist, Judy Porter (https://www.judyporterdolls.com/about). This is a limited edition of 20 dolls with half reserved for the Brothertown Indians and friends of Brothertown, and the remainder offered for sale. Profits go towards the maintenance and protection of Brothertown’s ancestral cemeteries and to the support of other Brothertown-related endeavors.

Each doll offered for sale includes the following accessory items: A hand-carved wood writing box containing a Bible, cross, quill pen, ink bottle, letter, and wax seal; an info sheet on Samson Occom; a miniature wampum belt bearing the Indian name of Brothertown: Eeyawquittoowauconnuck; and a wooden travel trunk case. Each doll is hand numbered and signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Please note that the beaded necklace is not included with this doll.
