Normally, the shipment takes around 3-4 weeks to arrive at your place (and sometimes faster). But due to the international transportation, different country customs has different inspection time and the maximum shipping time can take up to 90 working days or more. We guarantee that address you provided is copied carefully to the box or envelope with goods you choose. That's why all of our parcels are reached the new owner's homes.

If you want to get your parcel in 14 working days, we can send it via Express Shipping Service. The cost of such shipping is calculated individually and demanded of the total weight of tte parcel.

If you think there are any delays in shipping, let us know and we will do our best to find out where your parcel is.
We use all sorts of materials that will help to keep the goods safe: bubble-wrap, carton, paper, foam filler etc. Every purchased item is covered with paper, then with bubble-wrap. Sometimes we use two layers of bubble-wrap to make sure the goods is safe from damage. When the goods are putted in the post box, they are not contact with its sides and not contact with each other - we lay a foam filler or a thick layer of crumpled paper between them.

So if something goes bad, the post box will take a first hit, a foam filler or a crumpled paper will take a second hit. We do the best to keep all the goods safe while they in transit.
All the claims accepted within the 3 days after you get the parcel at your local post office.

When you open the parcel with your goods, the best way is to record the process on your phone or camera. In that way, if something came broken, you will get a 100% proof that this is not your fault and we will refund you the full amount of money for the broken things. If you've already opened the box, make a clear photos and send it to us. We will try to come up what to do.
While all of the goods in our shop are from Osaka (actually from different places of Japan collected in Osaka), as you can see, my name is not Japanese. Our warehouse located in Russia, because it is cheaper to store items here, taxation is also lower here as well as mail services is cheaper. That is why we decide to keep all the goods here. And as you can see, we have a good feedback from people all around the world.
We can reduce the cost of the goods in declarations which are attached to every parcel. This must reduce the taxes that buyer will pay if they exist in destination country.

By default, we write the actual prices that you see in our store. But if you sure that you have to pay taxes, feel free to write us and we will help you to save!
Ceramic pieces in our store are lead free - they was made for tea ceremony and tea drinking. You should be only concerned of the fact that most of the items was made with traditional techniques and author's glazes - you should not put it in the microwave oven or dishwasher :)

You can worry about lead if you will see very bright red or yellow paint OVER the glaze - the lead is used sometimes to consolidate the paint of this colors.
