19th century antique cotton quilt with lovely fabrics (I think) Churn Dash blocks in turkey red and black dots on a black on white wee print or a faded tiny fleur de lys print. (two corner blocks are pieced in a pale butter yellow print) The alternate blocks are a graceful faded lilac scrolled floral and the back is a pink/tan homespun type flannelet. It is medium/lightweight and hand quilted in outline and grids. Made well over 100 years ago it has a few surface only problems and tears on the red... no holes right the way through, rips or major stains,I believe it is too good to be called a cutter (use for crafts if you must) and is a good candidate for restoration...or stack for part of a super display.

Measures 88" x 60"
