🐾 How many animals can I include?

You can add as many as you like (within reason), but for the best look we recommend: 💠5x7" print: up to 8 animals 💠8x10" or A4 print: up to 12 animals 💠A3 print: up to 16 animals This helps ensure each animal is large enough to be seen clearly. 💌 Still not sure? My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

🚚 UK Orders Unframed orders are sent with standard shipping, which does not include tracking. Framed orders are sent with Royal Mail tracked 24 - you’ll find your tracking link in your dispatch email, please check this for the latest updates. Delivery times are based on average estimates and can vary. ✈️ International orders All international orders are sent with a tracked courier service. You’ll find your tracking link in your dispatch email — please check this for the latest updates. 💌 Still worried? If you have any concerns about your order, just send us a message — we’ll be happy to help!

💸 Shipping to the USA - Will I have to pay tariffs?

Yes, items sent to the USA will require the new tariff charges to be paid before delivery. The courier will email you with instructions once your order is ready. Please make sure to pay this fee so your order can be delivered smoothly. ❓ What happens if the tariff fee isn’t paid? If the fee isn’t paid, your order will be returned to us. 🎨 Personalised items As these are made just for you, we’re unable to refund them. We can resend your order, but you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost and the tariff fee when it arrives. 📦 Non-personalised items We can refund your order once returned, minus the original shipping cost we paid to send it.

🎁 Gift Wrapping & Packaging

All framed prints are wrapped in white tissue paper and make a lovely gift. You can also add a gift note at checkout if sending direct. Unframed prints are carefully packaged with protective sleeves, sturdy envelopes or tubes to keep them safe in the post.

🎨 Personalised items As these are made just for you, they can’t be resold, so we’re unable to refund them. If you’d like to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of ordering). Once your order has been dispatched, we’re not able to cancel it. 📦 Non-personalised items If you’d like to return an item, please contact us for instructions. You’ll need to cover the return postage cost, and once we’ve received the item back in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund. 💛 Thank you so much for your understanding and support of small businesses!
