2. SHIPPING POLICY

I ship worldwide with trackable couriers.
After payment is received, I generally ship within 3 working days for available products. For custom orders shipping timing can vary according to the processing time of the order. In case I ship with delay, I contact you as soon as possible.
A shipping notification will be sent to you, as soon as the item is shipped. Please contact me and confirm when you receive the package.

2.1 SHIPPING COSTS
Please select your country when proceeding with purchase and shipping costs will be calculated accordingly. These costs include very accurate packaging and for lighting products also insurance.
If you need an extra insurance also for other items, please contact me at the moment of your order.

2.2 INSURANCE
I ship my lighting creations via international courier. This shipment method is trackable and includes very accurate packaging and INSURANCE for loss or damage.
In case you do not receive the package within 3 weeks please contact me immediately , so that I can start the claim.
Notice: in case the package is damaged, please REFUSE it at the moment of delivery and sign for a claim at the postman. ONLY in this case I will be able to refund you for the damage. I will not be able to refund for damages once you have accepted the package.

2.3 SHIPPING TIMING
Please read the conditions of shipment for each category:

- LIGHTING and JEWELRY
Shipping via international courier for lighting and priority mail for jewelry generally takes from 2 to 3 weeks. If you need a first class shipping, do not hesitate to contact me for cost and timing of delivery.

- CURTAIN HOLDERS
Shipping via Fedex or UPS takes maximum 3 days to reach you worldwide.
Shipping via international priority mail takes around weeks for delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR LIGHTING: Unless differently specified, all my lighting products are in working order, however as with all used electrical items,
it would be prudent to have the item checked over and fitted in your home by a professional electrician.
