Refund can only be made when an incorrect item was sent or that the item was faulty. In this unlikely event, please contact me within 3 days on receipt for a refund/exchange. Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be refunded.

1 to 2 working days from the date of shipping by 1st class standard post. Our standard shipping is not tracked. Please contact me if tracking is required.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Around 10 working days from the date of shipping. It can take up to 20 working days due to delay in mail service or through customs.

Please allow 28 days from the day of dispatch for delivery of your order. Buyers will not be entitled to a refund or a replacement until after 28 business days has passed.
