Yes! We are technically in Cedar Park. Please message us before purchase to confirm that we can accommodate you.
In the event that the item arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY in order for us to file a claim with the shipping service and ship out a replacement to you as soon as possible. Please retain the damaged contents in case further inspection may be required by the shipping provider.
We understand that this can be frustrating but unfortunately we cannot control the external circumstances of the shipping process and will not be held responsible.
If the item is generic (non-personalized) and is available to ship ASAP, we will ship the new item, especially if it is a time-sensitive item. Please keep in mind, however, that you'll be charged again for shipping since it was not our mistake and we pay for shipping through USPS or FedEx.
