Our processing times vary depending on the item. Some take 1 - 3 days to make, others 3 - 4 weeks. Please check the items you are looking to order for more details.

Our standard UK shipping then takes 3-5 days. International shipping times will vary based on the location and how busy customs is at the time of shipping. This can be anything from 1 - 6 weeks and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

We can offer a 1 - 3 day international express courier service for an additional charge if you are concerned. We also offer an upgrade to next day delivery within the UK.

Yes! If you prefer the couple silhouette from one topper and the pets or children from another, or you want to add a veil, change the dress, make the groom bald, pop him in a kilt instead.... all doable. Please just pop me a message with any changes you’d like and I can confirm what can be done to customise the topper to suit your family.

Unfortunately, as my design time is limited, this space is reserved for orders that have been placed. A proof is provided after an order has been placed and changes can be made and a second proof provided if required.

Most likely, yes. I can source around 60 different shades of acrylic, including the very popular grey, pink, navy blue, rose gold, gold and silver. If there’s a colour you’re looking for then please let me know and I will see if we can match it. We can also make these from wood.

Whilst I try to respond to all messages as soon as possible and usually within 24 hours, please allow up to 72 hours for a response, especially during busy periods between May and September and December.

If you have selected Standard shipping, this is not a tracked service. This means that there will be no tracking information to provide (both internationally and domestically). If you have upgraded to a signed for service or courier shipping then the tracking information should be supplied with your dispatch email.
