A collectible chalkboard from the 1960's -1970's to incite your 'out of the box' creativity with home and shop displays.
Works as a home menu and home study area note board today with room inside for storage.
The slide out chalkboard lid reveals a storage cubby & peg board, eclectic storage and display space perfect for art supplies & other small fobs or found objects
Made by the Transogram Co. 1915 – 1969/1970, maker of toys and a large line of table games from the 1930’s to the 1960’s
Measures approximately 12 x 9 ¼ x 1 ¾
Condition detail:
The blackboard lid slides in and out but not as easily as when it was new.
There are no pegs included, expect scratches and traces of crayon on the blackboard surface.
No cracks or missing wood on the wooden case, ‘Transogram’ is imprinted on the metal handle
