While we do offer FREE shipping on domestic orders, free shipping covers the First Class Mail option. We strongly suggest upgrading your shipping option should you need a faster en route mail option with added insurance.

International

***Once orders ship a tracking number is generated and the order is shipped to a centralized Export Processing Center where it’s re-labeled then ship outside the U.S. to its destination. Once the package leaves the U.S. tracking activity becomes extremely difficult to track updates.

Please note that the average turnaround for orders is 2-3 weeks. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Due to the current climate we STRONGLY recommend upgrading to at least Priority Mail. Priority Mail offers the following:
• Fast delivery time: 1-3 Business Days
• Includes USPS Tracking and up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply)

Other shipping options include:

ALL international packages are sent via 1st Class International USPS (up to 14-21 business days for delivery), shipping rates will be included at checkout. You do have the option of upgrading to Priority International (6-10 business days) or Priority Global Express (up to 5 business days), shipping fees will apply accordingly.

★Delivery Address★
Please be sure the delivery address provided is current and accurate. We cannot intercept deliveries and re-route them once they are picked up by the courier. If you need to update your shipping address, please send us a message.

In light of the outbreak of COVID-19 we are continuously disinfecting our studios throughout the day. We have even made sure to sanitize our metal jewelry pieces prior to packaging. Your jewelry pieces will arrive in a clean and sealed plastic bag inside of our regular square boxes. Since packages are handled by the postal service, we strongly urge that you wash your hands with soap and water after opening the package and discard the packaging immediately. We also suggest opening the package outside of your home.
