All alternative wedding bands in my store are personalized, and come with the custom laser engraving. It is Free of cost and come with your purchase. You can choose any meaningful phrase, significant date, initials, love quote, or foreign language phrases to be engraved inside or outside of the ring. You can choose as many characters as you want. It is suggested ro choose up to 35 characters, since longer the text smaller the letters, and it is hard to read.

I accept custom requests. You can send me any image, logo, fingerprints, heart rate to be engraved outside or inside of the ring. I will start working on your order. Once it is ready I will send you an image of my work to you for your approval before making an engraving, and shipping it to you. The price of custom orders depends on the difficulty of the work.

All handmade, personalized, and custom made products are not returnable, since they were made especially for a customer, and it will be impossible to change it without the damage to the design of the ring or resell it in the future, even if it is in perfect condition. Therefore, the custom made items cannot be returned for refunds. If you have ordered a wrong size, and would like to make an exchange contact the store. An additional restocking fee may apply.

Please note that all customized and personalized rings are not returnable. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO GET CORRECT SIZE. Because all alternative wedding bands are comfort fit, and they typically run a half size bigger, it is very important to get the correct size before placing an order. For instance, if you want to purchase the comfort fit ring in 6 mm width, please get sized for comfort fit in 6 mm width. Because even if they run a half size bigger, it also depends on how wide is your knuckle. Thus, I recommend, to get sized for comfort fit rings. Please make sure your ring size before placing an order.
In case of Exchange, the shipping and handling cost will apply.

All bands in my store come with a merchant warranty that apples to defects and imperfections in the design of the ring. Such defects should be noticed upon receive of the package, communicated to the seller within 2 - 3 days, and return the package along with the tracking information within a week. Merchant warranty does not cover damage caused from normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches, etc...

Tungsten rings are strong, durable, scratch resistant, but not shatterproof. It can get damaged if hitting by a heavy object, or dropped to a floor. Your ring can give you many years of satisfaction, or can get damaged within a few days or weeks, depending on the maintenance it receives on a daily basis.
Always treat your ring with care. In order to avoid any possible damage to your ring, please remove it anytime you go to the gym, exercise with dumbbells, or work with heavy objects such as a hammer.

I purchased this ring a few months before I actually gave it to my boyfriend. I was not sure it would fit at all. The seller was very professional and helpful. For a fee I could exchange it. You can not get it resized because of the metal it is made from. When I did give it to him for his birthday and he tried it on for the first time it did not fit and of course I was so disappointed and I then emailed the seller and they responded back right away with what I needed to exchange it. A couple of days later we went to dinner at a very special place in Cabo San Lucas and I decided to bring the ring with me and propose to him . I did and he said YES ! he tried the ring on again and guess what it fit !!! I guess his fingers were swollen before. so I never had to exchange the ring after all and we are both very happy . He loves it!!
