Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Kawaii Kumo does not offer any refund unless there was a issue with your order. ie; Refunds will be offered for an item arriving different from what was ordered. Colours may appear slightly different on screen to real life, so please be considerate of that.

Any damage to an item in the mail is outside of my control and I will not be held responsible for this. I wrap all items so that they are protected during shipping.
All custom sales are final, I will not accept cancellations for custom orders that I have started making.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for custom orders to be made and shipped, this is because I make most of the resin pieces myself and I may need to order supplies etc. Of course, you will receive updates for your order throughout this time.

Please make sure to choose the correct phone model before purchasing a custom order.

If there are no details about what you want your custom case to look like in the notes, I will just assume that you are letting me design a case freely.
Please make sure your Etsy address is correct before purchase!

All packages are checked and wrapped in bubble wrap prior to shipping, this is to ensure the protection of the items in transit.

Once an item is shipped, any damage / loss of parcel is completely outside of my control. If you wish to purchase the shipping upgrade for tracked / signed for parcels that is your decision.

Please contact me if there are any issues though and I'll see what I can do. This is a small business, so refunds will not be the first decision.

All Larger items have the tracked & signed for shipping option available.

Custom orders can take 2-3 weeks to be made and then shipped.
