Thyme is an fine herb that is used fresh in salads and dressings, and added to roasts, sauces and perfect with a variety of vegetables. This variety of German Winter thyme has larger than usual leaves making for an easier harvest. It is low–growing perennial with pretty flowers and fragrant foliage making it the perfect addition to your herb garden Grows 1' tall.

{ planting instructions }

Direct sow by lightly pressing seeds into warm soil in the early spring. Seeds should stay slight;y moist and warm until they germinate after 14-21 days. Full sun to part shade. Prefers light well–drained soil. Drought tolerant.

Harvest after flowers appear but before they open. Cut two thirds of the stem. Use Fresh or hang to dry.
