120 page mood-tracking journal with matte laminated softcover.
The book is broken into 3 different sections:
1) pages for you to list out your values, people and activities that help cheer you up. When you are feeling low, you can revisit this section for some inspiration and guidance
2) Mood Tracking Pages that ask you to rate your mood on a 11-pt scale ranging from "v. shitty" to "f*cking awesome." Each spread also leaves room for you to briefly describe what happened that day and more lines to talk about it if you feel like it. No pressure though.
3) Open-ended lined journal pages for you to use however you need. Sprinkled throughout this section are little tips and tricks that are meant to give you some mood-lifting inspiration. 🙃➡️🙂

This book is everything I'd hoped, and the seller packaged it so thoughtfully. It was a nice surprise to open a package with a personal & creative touch. The quality of the journal is great -- I definitely hope to buy another once I manage to fill this one out! It can be a little difficult to lay the book flat for writing, so it would be awesome if there was another edition with different binding. Either way, the content and layout are so good that I know this will be a new staple for me!
