Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
*RETURNS*
Every item is custom made. Refunds, Exchanges & Canceling Orders are currently not available. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If it was an error on our part returns will be accepted up to 3 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. If we decide to accept a return, there is a 40% restocking fee. Shipping is never refunded. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund. Custom made orders are non-returnable. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

*EXCHANGES*
Exchanges are not usually made, as each item is handmade to order, but if we do agree upon an exchange, you would need to contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order. The item can only be exchanged for the same color/design and for one size up or down (For apparel). The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. For items that are received and are damaged, if agreed upon an exchange will be made for the exact same item. NO DESIGN CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE NEW ITEM. This includes new colors and a change in spelling for names and phrases on the new product. It would need to be shipped to us within 2 days upon agreeing to make an exchange. You would be responsible for shipping the item(s) to us and the shipping costs to ship the new item(s) to you. You would also be responsible to pay 25% of the cost for alterations. We would not be able to make/ship the new item(s) until we receive the old item(s). A tracking number must be sent to us once the package ships back to us. We require a tracking number for packages to be sent back for refunds/exchanges. Once the item(s) are received we will create a listing for the shipping costs/fees. Once the listing is purchased, the item(s) will be made and shipped in the time frame set within the listing. We cannot accept prepaid labels. We will create one for you.

If a package is sent and we agree upon a refund, then the package must be sent back to us and be post marked within 2 days of it being delivered. The package must be unopened and not damaged. We can only issue a refund once the package has been delivered back to us. If the package is not post marked within 2 days and/or the package has been opened then a refund cannot be issued and you will be responsible for the costs to ship the package back to you.

Chic Uniques Designs by Alexis Letes'e is not responsible for damaged items caused by the postal service. If you would like to purchase postal insurance please message me before you place your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time or to change any of our policies at any time. We are also not responsible for lost/stolen/delayed packages.

If you need an item sooner please contact me BEFORE you purchase your item. I must be able to CONFIRM to you that I will be able to have your item ready by the date needed.

All items are inspected by at least two people right BEFORE being placed in the bag/box and then each person who inspects it, initials their name on the bag/box immediately upon sealing, to document it has be looked over/checked. Because of this packing inspection we are not responsible for claims of missing items. If a claim is made we must be contacted within 1 day upon the package being delivered & will need a photo of items received and a photo of the front/back of the bag/box.
