Shipping takes place Monday through Friday ONLY.

On occasion I do run out of some charms, I try to make every effort to keep my listings up to date. I reserve the right to substitute a charm when ordered if it is out of stock with a similar charm in order to not delay shipping.
Refunds are only given once merchandise is returned to me. If I do not receive your merchandise back, you will not get a refund.
