Be the first on your block to own a stained glass mosquito sun catcher--made with reclaimed German Antique glass, copper foiled and soldered with lead-free solder. The legs and blood sucking apparatus are made with copper rods and the antennae are tinned copper wires. The lines on the abdomen are hand painted with a permanent glass paint--baked to perfection...

The glass part of the stained glass insect (in other words, antique glass mosquito) measures 3 1/2" long by an inch wide--with dangling legs, it takes up a six by four inch space in the scheme of things. Perfect for a unique entomologist gift, or to complement someone's strange home decor! Here in Minnesota, it's called the MN State Bird...ahahahah!

Here's what they be saying about the so called Antique Glass Mosquito..."Great Glass Mosquito!! Better than pictured. Fantastic Deal. Thank You."

"Excellent workmanship, superb packaging, Fast delivery. Thanks!"

"Sooooo beautiful. I am in awe of this lovely piece of work. Thank you for providing a perfect gift for my mosquito-adoring friend!!! A fine culicid specimen! Your packaging is amazing too. The postal service could have played football with it and the piece still would have arrived intact. Thank you for the great Etsy transaction!"
