This Civil War era dress is made from a good quilting weight cotton fabric in a pretty dusty rose pink color. It has lots of black piping on the bodice and black decorative stitching on the skirt. This dress is similar to Addy's coral/peach Cape Island dress that was introduced by American Girl in 2003 and then retired in 2005. The center back opening closes with Velcro.

I offer several other options for Addy in the "Historical Mid 1800s" section of my shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/terristouch?section_id=5506837

For your convenience, here is a link to the home page for my Etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/terristouch?ref=si_shop

Please note the following:
1. Although I made this outfit to fit 18” dolls such as those sold by American Girl, Gotz, Our Generation or Springfield Collection I am not affiliated with those companies.
2. My home is pet free and smoke free.
3. The doll, "undies" and shoes in the photos are for display purposes only and are not for sale.
4. All seams that would fray have been serged.
