The rug is perfect in the space and we are very happy with it. I was very hesitant to pay using a third party (not realizing when I made the purchase that I couldn't pay through Etsy), but the seller was patient with me. And I am very impressed with how quickly the rug arrived (via USPS with a tracking number and all). I will definitely be back for more rugs in the future!

This runner is beautiful! Low pile and in perfect condition. I received the rug in three days all the way from Turkey -- I was blown away! The seller was even patient with me as I was hesitant to use the Shopier payment option for the first time (100% satisfied after using it). I have to admit, I was a little nervous about buying a rug from a seller with only two reviews. However I got a good feeling from my first email exchange with the seller. He (or she? I'm not sure!) was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. This was exactly the rug I had been looking for but it was little too long for my kitchen. But to my surprise, the seller immediately offered to shorten it for me at no additional charge. Again, I was slightly nervous. What if it didn't look good shortened? What if it wasn't done well? Well,I just opened it and it's stunning. The work they did hemming it is impeccable. It's as if it was always this length! And it arrived very quickly once shipped. Thanks so much Oushakartrugs.
