Description

Black Sage, prized by indigenous people of the west and early settler for these uses. Black Sage is an excellent culinary herb, smoking mix, tea, and a powerful smudge purification and cleaning. Great insect repellent with a heavenly sage scent. Black Sage pulls your consciousness towards other realms. This is a great tool for Shamanism, Journeying, Pathworking, Divination and Dream Work.

Native American smudge incense sticks are used for purifying the atmosphere, dispersing negativity, protection. Smudges put out a lot of soothing smoke. Very refreshing, relaxing, clearing --- like traveling through the clouds...Potent and purifying.

Used to encourage dreams and visions, Black Sage is an herb of introspection and inner healing. When burnt before bedtime, it aids in restful sleep and pleasant dreams. Black Sage is used for astral travel, shamanic journeying, and for protection during such excursions.

Black Sage won’t cause you to “trip” or wildly hallucinate. At most, it may intensify your efforts at visualization and vivify your dreams.

To burn a smudge stick -just light the tip, blow it out and either wave in air or place in a glass or metal container (one that will not burn) with sand or salt placed therein to hold the smudge upright. To extinguish, invert smudge into the sand or salt to smother. Smudges put out a lot of soothing smoke.

**Please make sure that a smudge stick is COMPLETELY out before leaving the area unattended**

Burning Instructions: Light the wand from the top end and place the burning wand on a safe surface.
Keep out of reach of children, animals and flammable material.

Setting Your Intention:
While you are saging your room or your jewelry, make sure that you keep a strong and focused intention in mind.
