I thought I could make an exchange, the closure not being separable. I called the supplier "LA BIDOUILLERIE", I was kindly told that I had to be careful when I ordered and that it was impossible to change it. So I said “Thank you Sir, I will avoid ordering from you”

Toutes les fermetures qui sortent de mon atelier sont coupées et assemblées specialement pour chaque commande . C'est la raison pour laquelle , il ne m est pas possible de les reprendre . C est bien noté dans le details du produit qu elle est destinée aux sacs de couchages , qu elle n est pas dètachable et quelle n est ni echangeable , ni remboursable du fait du sur mesure . Il ne faut pas commander une fermeture camping pour un vêtement car elles ne sont pas detachables . Dans le cas ou il est possible de rectifier , je le propose a mes clients .
