I needed this last minute and luckily it shipped very quickly and the seller was super communicative! Very pleased!

The paper was thin and cheap and the banners were not put together. It was just computer paper and twine for $15.

We are sorry you didn't like the banners but we do need to correct you on two items. 1) we don't use computer paper- we use glitter card stock. It's a durable, costly, glitter cardstock that has a special treatment on it so the glitter doesn't get all over your hands. 2) the banners arrive unstrung yes- and we clearly state that in our listing (maybe you missed that part?) and we do this so the letters don't get bent while traveling through the postal system. We noticed that when fully strung the postal system was so rough on even the lightest parcel that they were getting bent. We don't want that. So now we ship them this way so you have a nice product on your end. Enjoy
