Offering a fabulous Halloween graphic. The magazine is titled: The Country Home, the Magazine of Farm, Garden & Home. The famous artist Ray Strang did the cover. He's best known for his cowboy and ranch pieces. He was born in 1893 and died in1957. Signed R.S. in the lower right corner.

The magazine is full of very interesting old advertisements. The edges of the cover are badly chipped, but the Halloween graphic is fine. Rich blue background offsets the glowing orange jack o lantern.

The magazine was published in October 1933 and sold for 5 cents. The original mailing label present. Overall the magazine spine is tight. I found one page with a piece missing, all others appear fine. Measures 12 inches x 8 1/2 inches.

Smells clean, non smoking estate.

Guaranteed Depression Era vintage & authentic. Satisfaction guaranteed.
