*ALL CUTTERS ARE PRINTED TO ORDER!

*Cutters have been printed in a variety of colors, but will be making the switch to our new signature PLA as we begin our rebrand.

*All original Sweetleigh Printed designs are fully copyright protected and MAY NOT BE RECREATED on a home printer or by another company. Any and all violations of copyright laws (domestic & international) will result in legal action.

*Do NOT wash in hot water or put in the dishwasher as this WILL cause your cutter to warp and become damaged- no refunds will be given for this. Please keep your cutters away from ALL heat sources (windows, vents, warm water, etc.)

*Helpful tips:
Rolling your dough between plastic wrap or parchment helps keep your cutting edge clean. The smooth surface helps to remove any residual dough. Simply wiggle the cutter to remove any "feet" from the dough.

*Standard shipping is USPS First Class mail. This is not an insured service.USPS Priority Shipping is an insured service and is available as an option in the checkout process. Once an order is dispatched and physically released to the selected shipping service, Sweetleigh Printed will not be liable for any lost items due to USPS/FedEx error. We ship directly through Etsy's shipping service so please be sure your address is correct. Buyer is responsible for submitting any necessary address updates. Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect shipping address. Any address changes submitted after the shipping label for the order is created will be handled on a case by case basis. Please double check all shipping information before checking out. We cannot cancel an order once it is shipped. Tracking will be automatically sent to the buyer when a shipping label is purchased to allow for easy tracking.

*USPS Priority option is only an upgrade on your SHIPPING time- not your processing time. If you need a cutter before the stated processing time please add "Rush Processing " listing to your order and message us via ETSY messages PRIOR TO PLACING THE ORDER to ensure your order gets flagged for proper processing. *International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees. Postage paid to us covers our costs for first class shipping of merchandise. We cannot be held responsible for any additional customs fees once am order is shipped. Our customs' forms are automatically filled out through Etsy's shipping service, so please double check that the shipping address is correct upon check out. International shipping can take 7-14 days on average but occasionally can take longer.

*Our designs feature a comfort grip handle and stronger/sharper cutting edge. They are measured at the widest part of the cutter; for some designs that is vertical, and for some designs that will be horizontal (it will never be diagonally). This varies by design.

*Please check all sizing information prior to ordering as we DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. Misordered sizes will not be replaced for free.

*Size Calculations: We do our best to show a schematic drawing for each listing with the exact horizontal and vertical dimension of the cutting area. Due to the variety of cutter sizes, we cannot list every dimension of every cutter and will only list the Mini (2") size dimensions. In order to calculate a larger size, multiply the schematic dimensions by the following:

- To calculate an Itty Bity (1.75"), multiply both dimensions by .875.
- To calculate a Small (3"), multiply both dimensions by 1.5.
- To calculate a Standard (3.5"), multiply both dimensions by 1.75.
- To calculate a Favor (4"), multiply both dimensions by 2.
- To calculate a Chubby (4.5"), multiply both dimensions by 2.25.
- To calculate a X-Large (5"), multiply both dimensions by 2.5.
