1) Right of Withdrawal
1.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
1.2 The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

2) Procedure for Withdrawal
2.1 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email).
2.2 The consumer may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
2.3 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send their communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3) Effects of Withdrawal
3.1 If the consumer withdraws from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the consumer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the consumer's decision to withdraw from this contract.
3.2 We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the consumer used for the initial transaction, as all payments and transactions are handled by etsy marketplace we will issue a refund via the marketplace.

4) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
4.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications, clearly personalized or custom orders.
