Simply send all event information with the quantity of invitations/cards needed via convo. I will then send you a draft and a quote for review. Once reviewed and approved, I will send you a custom payment link for your order. This is also listed under item description.

Although I am generally pretty quick, please allow 24 - 48 hours for your drafts as I have a family (and littles!) that keep me very busy.

I do not prefer calls as I have a busy home and I will not be able to keep orders straight if I am getting calls from everyone. I communicate with a lot of people every day via Etsy and having a paper trail saves my life during my busy days.

If mail does not arrive on time for a specified event, The Avocado Seed is not responsible and will not replace or refund the items. If you want the package for guaranteed delivery you must advise of this at the time of ordering as Express Mail is more expensive than Priority.
Fees for rerouting are not of the responsibility of the shop and must be incurred by the customer only. Note it may take 7-21 days (or longer) for the US Postal Service to investigate missing mail claims. Please factor this information into purchase timelines.
