1. HOW DOES IT WORK?
- As stated in first two paragraphs:
You place the order and provide info to go in set--> I edit everything for you--> I email the files to you (picture format)-->You print at home or at store on a budget that works for you. :)

2. IS THIS A PHYSICAL ITEM?
-No, It is strictly digital with the intention that you the client will print at home or at a professional printing store or online (vistaprint or similar). File can also be inserted in an email or on Facebook as an e-vite.

3. HOW DO I PRINT?
-You can print at home with your own printer or put the files on a USB and take them to Fed Ex Kinko's, Office Depot, Staples, Walmart, Target or other local paper supply store. You can even upload the files to a site like Vistaprint.com and they can print them for you.

4. CAN WE EDIT THE FILES OURSELVES?
-No, I do not distribute the original design files due to copyright and redistribution.

5. CAN WE CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE FONT/WRITING?
-Yes! Just shoot me a message with the color you want or you can even upload a color swatch and I'll match it at no extra charge.

6. CAN WE CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE BACKGROUND OR DESIGN?
-Yes! Depending on the complexity of your request it may incur an additional charge.

7. CAN WE ADD A PHOTO?
-Yes! I can add a photo on most designs although keep in mind that depending on the design some elements may no longer have the same effect or be visible.

8. OOPS! I MADE A MISTAKE AND PROVIDED THE WRONG INFO, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
-Yes! You have 3 edits before there is an additional charge of $5 per file edited. So please be as concise as possible with what you want changed. The reason I charge an additional charge after the 3 changes is because I need to input ALL the information again each time there's a change. It's best if you can let me know of all the changes at one time.
And of course if it's my mistake there is no charge for me to fix it for you. :)

9. CAN WE MAKE IT A BIRTHDAY INVITATION INSTEAD? (or any other occasion i.e Sweet 16, Quinceañera, Barmitzvah, Handfasting, Baby Shower etc.)
-Yes! Just let me know how you want to word everything in the note to seller and I’ll edit it no problem. No surcharge for this service unless the request is very complex (change in design elements aside from wording).


10. WHAT IF I JUST WANT THE INVITATION ONLY? (or any other files individually or separately).
-That's totally ok too! Just go to this link (or look in my shop for the INDIVIDUAL FILE listing) and purchase the files you need. Make sure to specify which set you want (Star Wars, Lord of the Rings etc.) and the info that will go into your files.
